7.3 Full bank account numbers are masked in on-screen displays and in non-operational database fields after initial verification. Access to unmasked payment data is restricted to authorised personnel with a documented need.

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data km787 holds about you, together with information about how it is processed. We will respond within 30 days of a verified request.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Data. You may update most contact and preference data directly through your Account settings; changes to KYC-verified data require a support request with supporting documentation.
You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to km787's legal retention obligations. Financial and KYC records cannot be deleted before their mandatory retention period expires.

12.2 If km787 discovers or is notified that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21, we will promptly delete all associated data, void any related transactions, and close the Account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

13.1 km787's primary Member base is in Indonesia and our operations are principally designed to serve Indonesian residents. 13.2 Safeguards for international transfers include: contractual data protection clauses with recipients; use of providers with independently verified security certifications; and technical measures ensuring that data remains encrypted both in transit and at rest regardless of location.
