2.1 To register an Account and use km787, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. km787 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. km787 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum and maximum limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.4 km787 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which km787 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. km787 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
6.1 Members may request withdrawals of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the Member's own name.
6.2 km787 will process withdrawal requests during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity.

6.6 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are subject to Account verification level and VIP tier, as published on the withdrawal page within your Account.

8.2 Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by km787, it is binding and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the Member unless km787 expressly provides a cash-out or edit feature for that specific market.
8.3 km787 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the Wager was placed on erroneous odds caused by a manifest pricing error; (b) the event to which the Wager relates is subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result; (c) km787 has reasonable grounds to believe the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the outcome of the event has been affected by match-fixing or other irregular activity.

11.1 All content on the km787 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and game content — is the property of km787 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.
